Default Stanhopea Ascendencia(?) Issues

Okay, this is my first run with Stanhopea....They are in a partial shade high humidity place. They sit in my hibiscuses pot where they get dappled Bright sun, the roots are happy and healthy and they get the traditional weakly weekly fertilizer the roots seem happy as well. But they have almost no leaves.....Am I doing something wrong with them?

you are doing fine....just continue what you are doing....this needs to be in a net pot and hanged. The flowers come out below the roots....

Do you mean Stanhopea Assidensis = tigrina x wardii?
I don't know about the intensity of the sunlight in Texas, maybe it can dry out the pot rapidly. Are this old backbulbs? Otherwise be patient, sometimes Stanhopeas hesitate before they start growing.

@Bud I have them in net pots But I will be hanging them had no idea they grew from the bottom how freaking cool is that!!
@Euplasia, I really do not give them enough time to dry completely out. I will try and post better pictures it was 4:00 when I first took the pictures the brightest part of the day. As well as when they get their brightest amount of light. let me try again.

@Bud do you mean something like a vanda basket with only a little bit of moss to hold it in there?
