I think perfect flowers refer to flowers with working male and female parts, though I might be wrong. While each flower contains both male and female parts, they are not functional at the same time. When the pollen is taken, the flower rotates and is only then functionally female. Is this a perfect flower? I honestly don't know!!

And since the flower is actually twisted as a male and not twisted as a female, it could technically be considered sexually dimorphic. I think...
