the pollen resides under the anther cap, i took the liberty to reuse your pic and labelled the anther cap, copy paste the mass pollen and "sort of" put is back where it should be under the anther cap. and also draw an arrow showing the position of the anther cap where it should sit, on the column of the flower

oopss ...sorry, forgot about that one.
i stored mine in paper bag, labelled with name and date collected. then stored in a plastic container and are stored in the FREEZER.
