Time for rebloom, by the whey I spoke to the vendor I bought the plant from and he said that it IS a chlorochilon and they could change shape from year to year, my own opinion of that is I don't think so, but let me hear you guys about changing shape.
P.S. I really enjoy this plant....

Truly beautiful!
I have to say though, your vendor either lied to you about the shape changing or doesn't know what he is talking about. Either way, I wouldn't buy from them anymore.
maybe the vendor meant about the female/male flowers as they are different. ??
could also be a honest mistake, as not many people do differentiate between different cycnoches.
but setting aside the sexual dimorphism the flowers are ALWAYS the same.
Perhaps the vendor did, as Antonio stated, did make an honest mistake--or the label could have fallen out of the pot at some point in his or her care and then been replaced by a different (and wrong) one. When I used to visit a local vendor (no longer in business) here, I saw first-hand how a couple of the growers had the fun habit of walking through the sales areas, and whenever they saw a label lying on the floor, they would pick it up and attempt to "find it a home" (as one of them put it, as if it were a lost puppy) and place it into a pot that they thought it might have fallen from.
The flowers on your plant are stunning. I would be very happy to have that one in my collection. Congratulations on the lovely blooms--and enjoy the scent!
