It looks like Ronsard to me, Bob. I have one that also came from Oak Hill and the flowers are nearly identical to yours. The fine spots are, I think, attributable to the occulata parent, where Assidensis has flowers that appear much more tigrina-like, with dark blotches that are highly prominent. The scent of the two hybrids is also different. Ronsard's blooms have a (to me) sweeter scent, with a degree of vanilla fragrance. The scent of Assidensis's blooms are (again, to my nose) more medicinal--still decent, but not nearly as sweet as those of Ronsard. Either way, they're both good hybrids.
