catasetum imperiale
catasetum imperiale, some considered it as a separate species by itself, some still considered it as part of the pileatum. to me, though i labelled it as ctsm imperiale,,,,,,i still think it is still so so pileatum

the flower is three inches across....hope to get the plant stronger by next few cycle to see if the flower goes any bigger.

This plant is absolutely magnificent! The flowers look like peppermint candies with a red center and a white rim, just in time for the holidays!
