in the first pic, the flower on the left of the pic is the hermaphrodite and while the one on the right showing only the top of the labellum is the male flower.
i included here a pic of the flower at full bloom, and i am receiving second opinion this may be ctsm naso.

Ok, that's what I was thinking, but I just wanted to confirm.

The fully opened male flower looks really nice too!
