Galeandra schunkii
This is a newly imported plant, and I was VERY surprised to see it growing a spike.. the plant is still very small...

I got one Galeandra too, im not sure if its claesii or schunkii, or another one. Ive some photos in the forum, but ill post some new photos of her third bloom of the season. Mine its a litle bit fragrant, like sweet parfum. Are you re sure yours its not?? Even if you're close to the flower?

I didn't see this thread when you posted. Beautiful bloom, it's unusual looking. Newly imported or not, it wanted to bloom! Love surprises like that.

Nice bloom Ramon! I'm glad you posted this as I received one free with my last orchid order. It is labeled Galeandra baueri. I have had it about 10 days and am totally new to these. Can you give me any tips on it's needs? Merci.
