Default Stanhopea tigrina peloric

Happy New Year to everyone!

After a large period without posting pictures (due to serious personal problems), I'm showing my New Year's fellows.
This peloric Stanhopea tigrina originated from a single pbulb that broke off accidentally in the replanting of the main plant. Already it's appearing a new spike!

Feliz ano novo! Sorry to hear that things were not going well. I hope that 2012 brings you and your family better luck.

The peloric Stanhopia is beautiful. Thanks for sharing. How long will the blooms last in this one?

Good to see you posting again, Frederico. Is this one as fragrant as the typical Stan. tigrina? If so, then I could probably learn to like (or at least tolerate) the bizarre multiple lips.

Good to have you back Frederico - all the best for 2012!
Neat looking flowers and I love your growing area showing in the first picture. Looks so lush and humid.
