Default Mormodia Painted Desert 'Cardrona'

This was also adopted while in bud from Fishing Creek.
(Cl. Rebecca Northen X Mo. sinuata,1996 JEM).
It's got sinuata's color and markings and a bit of shape and frilly lip from Rebecca.

You've seen 3 pix from my excursion to Fishing Creek. The other 3 weren't in bud or bloom;
Mormodes sinuata, small 3 pbulbs in 3" clay.
Gongora galeata 'Gremlin', $15 couldn't pass up bargain in 4.5" clay w/15 pbulbs begging to be divided !
and Clowesetum Dragon's Treasure 'Gilberto' AM/AOS (Cl. warczewitzii X Clo. Pink Lemonade,1991 JEM)
just a gift keiki that broke off of my friend's purchase !

You can bet I'll post whenever any of them bloom !

Happy Holidays !!!

Looks pretty cool! Did the scent of Rebecca Northen come through? Also, this one looks like a pretty compact grower. Is it?

The stripes and color come from Mormodes sinuata and the bloom shape and little bit of frill on the lip is Clowesia Rebecca Northen.

Very faint spicy fragrance.
