These flowers are right out of Dr. Seuss! Is the scent closer to Stanhopea or Coryanthes?

If I remember right closer to a Stan I have not noticed a lot of scent on the Cory . The blooms lasted about 4 days .. I gave my Stan to a friend the one that gave me the off the wall. It had become a monster I did not have the right light for it due to it's size ..

Those flowers looked so delicate! I don't know much about either Stans or Corys, do they bloom often or only once or twice a year? and any hints as to what the fragrance is like? (e.g. sweet or sharpe etc)
