yeap, the female and male plant are from different plants, but i had come across photos in the internet where one spike with two sexes of ctsm flowers, on PB with two spikes one male and one female. and occasionally came across pics of hermaphrodite catasetum flowers.
as i was reading trough my initial post, i may need to clarify a something here, the male ctsm Chong Keng Yong pic is inserted for viewing only, the male flower i mention that is blooming together is actually another ctsm, catasetum integerrimum which i had just pollinated both of them
