Default Stanhopea connata
Carnival blooming! Before Mardi Gras, four incredibly fragrant flowers! Although described for higher altitudes (1100-1700) on the eastern slopes of the Andes (Ecuador, Peru and Colombia), I got a good fit to my conditions, and it produces several spikes per year, always between March and September. This plant and its hybrids are readily recognizable by the fact that the column is conected (then "connata") to the hipochile of the lip (detail in the picture with red arrow)
