Default Impatiently waiting

The waiting is killing me! I have been watching my Panamensis for about a month now growing and growing and growing his "spike". I was hoping that he would open over the weekend, while I was at home. Of course nothing.... I'm thinking he should be close though can see little "alien bodies" in the bud now.... Hopefully they will open soon! This is my first orchid that I bought out of bloom, so I'm excited to see his flowers!

Well, he opened Friday night. But should he open more than this. It is Sunday today, and it doesn't seem like he wants to go any further than this.

Give it a good soaking for the buds to open up properly. How is the scent?
