First time bloom and I am very happy with it... catasetinae season has started in my greenhouse

Gorgeous bloom, who wouldn't be happy with a show like that. It is so perfect it almost look artificial. Love it, Enjoy!! TFS

Great first bloom Ramon! That is a really long chain for a first bloom. Nice form too. You growing this one in S/H as well?

Yes, Steve.. as most of my Catasetinae, I grow this one in S/H. Actually a modified S/H, called PET-Culture in Brazil. I put a layer of LECA up to above the S/H holes in the pot, and then fill the rest with bark substrat (mix of fine bark, perlite, charcoal & sphagnum, and tsp of slow release fertilizer onthe top, opposite to the new roots)
