there is a very strong diformism in Cycnoches (and Catasetum) depending on the sex of the flower. Female flowres tend to be greener and more similar among species/hybrids than male flowers. Therefore the differences you see here are ok.
You know that you have two different groups of Cycnoches: (1) Swan-like, e.g. chlorochilon and hagii and (2) "fingered-Labellum", e.g. barthorium, peruvianum, cooperii... the male flowers are easily identified in any of these two groups, based on the structure ofthe labellum, however all female flowers look similar, and "swan-like". This is why your female green flowers don't have "finbgers on the labellum as the male flower does...
P.S.- consider yourself lucky, to have female flowers
it's not easy to have female flowers, as normally the plants need to be very strong and mature (this is the first requirements) and then you need to provide more light to the plants (very often reported in the literature as the main trigger for female flowers, but it actually fails in the plants are not mature/strong)
