Polycycnis aurita
A not too commonly seen species. Seems to do OK growing warm and shady. I might try upping the light slowly to see if I get better growth

Sorry, no plant pic. The flowers are probably 1" or so both horizontal and vertical. I'm still not growing it very well, and the bulbs are still quite small. I would guess in total, the leaves are 6 inches and the bulbs are one inch or so. I know they can get quite a bit larger though.
I got this as a division from a friend. This is definitely one of my rarest orchids, I'm not sure anyone in the continental US sells it. Polycycnis are quite difficult to grow, they require I guess fairly similar culture to Bulbophyllums. High temperature, humidity, along with very good water quality. My guess is that maybe 50 people in the United States have this plant (Even Andy doesn't).
So, good luck finding one! Let me know if you find it, just in the likely even that I kill mine!

Wow, very interesting. Something totally new for me. Thanks for sharing. I love the flower morphology.

Ecuagenera sells Polycycnis and is regulalry at shows in Europe and the US. All you need to do is pre-order.

Polycycnis lehmanii and muscifera are offered through Colombian Orchid Imports. And if you love the various genera in the Stanhopea family, you would definately want to look at that part of the catalog. colombian orchid imports
