The blooms are quite beautiful on this one, too, Lars. What type of potting mix are you growing your stanhopeas in?

Very nice!
Does it happen to have a scent?

I just wondered about the scent as mine has a scent also and given the name inodora, I figured that it would be scentless.. ![Laughing](http://www.orchidboard.com/community/images/smilies/icon_lol.gif)

Ya right! Silly scientists and their inaccurate names.

Hi Lars,
This one really is the former Stan inodora, but its name is now Stan ruckeri; according to G Gerlach, John Lindley named the same plant twice, as Stan ruckeri and Stan inodora. The first name is the only valid now; and it's fine, 'cause "inodora" is a very inappropriate name to this Stan, that has a VERY STRONG perfume!!
