Default cynoches chlorochilon broken pseudobulb

After breaking dormancy this spring I put my Cynoches outside. We had a rather strong wind storm last week and the pot fell off of my porch and onto a slate tile floor... at which point one of the pseudobulbs broke clean in half.

What action should I take?

Thanks for the help.

Garrett.

Spag n bag the top half. Make sure the air the air does not get stagnant though, otherwise it will rot. There are eyes for new growths all up and down the p-bulbs.

Mine fell over too, and broke the tip off the latest bulb. If the bottom part of the bulb is still intact, and attatched to the rest of the plant, it should recover. I dusted the break with cinnamon, and put it back in the pot. The new growth has started normally, and is looking just fine. Good luck.
