Catasetum Susan Fuchs “Yellow River”
Catasetum Susan Fuchs is a relatively old hybrid from 1982 between Catasetum expansum and Catasetum Orchidglade done by R.F.Orchids. Influence of expansum is very noticeable. There are many cultivars and my plant is ““Yellow River”. This plant is from Taiwan and now flowering for the first time.

Wow Gena, it looks like Santa Claus visit your home too early this year   . The flower looks spectacular, the orange spots on the yellow background makes a very good combination and the callus in the lip has a funny heart shape. Hope to see more pics when it is fully open in a few days.
