Default Gongora spikes- - cut when blooms are done?

Hello all you Catasetum/Stanhopea tribe experts! I recently came home from an orchid nursery open house with something new (for me): a healthy Gongora armeniaca, mounted, currently with three new spikes forming and a fourth (already bloomed) on its way out. Question: will Gongoras re-bloom on spent spikes, or should those be cut? I can't seem to find any info either way.

Thanks for the assistance!
