Just curious, why did you remove that PB without leave?
Catasetinae are desciduous plants which loose all the leave every year. The PBs without leave are used as energy and nutrients reserve, and should be therefore be kept attached to the plant until they die off (in Cycnoches, this tends to be after two - four growing periods)..
now, back to your question, as the PB has been already cut-off... keep it shaded and warm, but do not let it dry too much. It is possible that next year you will have a small growth on it, which should be handled as a very young plant (this will take few years until reaching blooming size!).
As per the plant with two left PBs, I would leave it in the pots as it is right now, and do not repot until next year when a new growth starts and the roots are at least 2-3 inches long.
