Well, I finally have some action with this plant, I noticed some new growths just yesterday. Can any of you experts tell me what they are??? Spikes or more bulbs? They are protruding sideways from the main plant, hopefully the pics will be clear enough. Thanks in advance.

They definitely look like spikes to me. With luck, you should have flowers in a few weeks. Good luck!
