Which parent is the seed parent is important in the registration process but I can't begin to imagine why. Believe me, this is something I have known for 30 years and have recently confirmed by going to the ICNCP site. It doesn't matter which is the seed parent and which the pollen parent - the hybrid is the same.
Some of you experienced growers out there, please weigh in. This should not be a controversy.
