when to repot mormodes tux?

its currently has new growth, but it's less than a centimeter long. It has no roots from the new growth(yet).

when should i repot? when the growth gets bigger and has a new root?? or now??

I reccomend based on my experience to repot it right now to avoid root damage. They are very sensitive if you brake by mistake the tips of the new roots. All cataasetinaes plants are better to be repot it during dormant stage, just before new growth development.
