Clowesia Rebecca Northen
This is one of the plants I got from Gene Monnier this past Thanksgiving Day weekend. Its a little guy but the colors are great and the scent is AMAZING!! It smells very strongly like those spicy cinnamon hearts that people get on Valentines Day. Anyone who has a Lycaste cinnabarina knows what I mean. Anyway, great plant, great cross and incredible scent. Enjoy!

I like the fuzzy lip and the description of the scent. Sounds wonderful!

Oh Steve! This is one of my all-time favorites!
I, unfortunately, lost mine this past year and am having a very hard time finding a replacement
The blooms are so beautiful and the scent is just amazing but I thought mine smelled more like citrus with an undertone of cinnamon. When it bloomed, the entire orchid room smelled wonderful!
Thanks for sharing

I fell in love with Sue's plant and would certainly love to have one myself, but I haven't come across one yet either...
Great job Steve!

I found it at Clown Alley Orchids and posted a thread in the vendor section to see what experiences folks have had. Once I get some more answers, if I decide to place the order, I'll order one for you too

That's what I love about you Sue! You certainly become a woman on a mission at a drop of the word, especially if the word is ORCHID!

It is really beautiful! I have the 'pink' version but it does not seem like it is doing so great. It has had a lot of rot hit is ths year, but seems OK. I noticed two little green nubbins the other day, but I can't tell if they are growths or flower shoots starting. Thanks for sharing yours, I will show the pic to mine to get it going!
