You have very healthy plants.... I think they are babys... The sellection is wonderfull.... I have some of them...Try the ecuadorian Stan. Embreii is beautifull too....
I think is very good idea put a plastic around the basket ( for the moisture) , but try a transparent plastic so you can see if a spike is going to go outside and you can help it cuting a hole...
