Jeez, I always need to look up that species name for spelling!!

Anyway, normally I dont care for yellow or green flowers, but there are always exceptions! This species is a definite exception. These flowers are just HUGE compared to most Cyc flowers. I think my herrenhusanum female flowers were not even as big as these male flowers! FYI, male flowers of this genus tend to be much smaller than the female flowers. Just for reference (4th pic), you can see the flowers dwarf the Schomb tibicinus bulbs below the Cyc, as well as the Catt flowers to the right of the Cyc. The Catt flowers are a hybrid with a strong bowringiana shape and size. Anyway, enjoy!
