Cycnoches from Flask....Help

I require some urgent help please. A friend of mine just purchased a flask of Cycnoches cooperii and from what he has been told, he could loose most of them as they are difficult to grow at this stage.
Is there anyone who can offer some guide lines as to have more success with these plants from flask.

I deflasked some Fdk. After Darks this past spring. Not the same, but I believe they should have similar culture.

I have them in a small indoor greenhouse that you can see in the pictures. I planted them in a cell tray in sphagnum moss. They grow like mad. When they were first planted they only needed watering about once every two weeks. They now need it every other day. Here are some pictures.

Humidity - 70-80%
Temp - 70F - 82F
Light - 3 T5 bulbs.
