My Catasetum
Here's my Ctsm in my garden. Last year I bought them in a friend's shop with 5 sprigs of flowers but now only one...  The first & third pics with yellow flowers. The second & four pics with red flowers

Do you have the exact name of them? They seem to be more Cycnoches, Mormodes, or their hybrid Cycnodes than Catasetum... Inflorescence is normally basal in the genus catasetum...

Great looking plants! Those bulbs are HUGE!! While last year you may have gotten 5 spikes at once, maybe this year you will get them over a longer period of time!! In the second pic, it looks like you have 2 spikes coming in at the same time. Great growing!
To Ramon's point, I would guess Cycnoches. Their spikes are not basal. Im curious about the species names though, to find out which species I can look forward to getting that big!

Steve, some of my Cycnoche chlorochilon in Venezuela are huge! even bigger than those... and here I have Cycnodes Wine Delight, which is also quite large...
as for the plants above, I would guess Cycnodes...
