I dunno what you did wrong or right! Sometimes Cycnoches or Catasetums will stall out on a growth and start a new one for no reason that I can understand. But if yours got to full size and is crankin out another, I bet you did something VERY right!! You'll probably get two separate blooms on two separate growths! Good work!
