lol I didnt see this thread until after I had weighed in on the other thread trying to figure out whether or not the Stan in the pics were wardii or occulata. Your pics confirm my conclusion! Thanks for the help.

I checked out your gallery just now and I have to say that I am VERY impressed with your collection! Not to hijack this thread or anything, but as a huge Stanhopinae and Catasetinae fan, I hope to see more postings of your collection from this summer and fall!

Thanks Steve for your help in identifying my stanhopea in the other thread. :iagree: After seeing these photos that you submittted, I can see now that my Stanhopea is Occulata. There is a distinct difference between Occulata and Wardii which I couldn't see before, but your pics were so clear that is it pretty pobvious now. :iagree: :iagree:
