Cycnodes Taiwan Gold not dormant yet

Here are some photos of the Cycnodes Taiwan Gold that I picked up at an orchid show today that still has all of its foliage. If I've learned anything from watching your videos, Stephen, I can see now that the leaf bracts are turning whitish and look like their drying off. What confused me was the fact that the moss it's potted in is wet. It looks like it might be on its way to dormancy, but given the fact that it's mid-February, I'm at a loss as to what to do with it. A good half of my other catasetums are already pushing out new growths. Guidance please!
