Hi! Yes, DCOS was where I got this baby. I was surprised at how many good plants they still had when I arrived on Sunday morning, like this cycnodes!

Thanks for the link to that interview. I am going to give the bulb a hard rest starting now. It is currently sitting in front of a window that generally gets down to about 50F at night right now. If it is an import, then the lower light levels should also trigger something. Worse comes to worse, Taiwan Gold will have a slightly shorter growing season this coming year than its other catasetum friends.
