The description when I bought it says "Rebecca Northen 'Jeff Baby'.

Cl Rebecca Northen is 3/4 Cl. rosea, and pattern is very similar - blooms when dormant (asleep), maybe dreaming of pollination

Ms. Roberta, the flower buds has these drips of water on them. Do I wipe them off or let it be?

Actually, not water, "happy sap" - if you taste, it is very sweet. A good sign that the new flowers are healthy. Just let it be, the plant "knows" what it is doing.
