Water or not water these catasetum small divisions?

Good morning,

I recently got these three small divisions from Stephen Moffit at Rare Earth Orchids. I am pretty new to catasetum growing and although I’ve read a lot about when to start watering (including the SVO culture sheets) I am unsure of what to do with these small divisions. They are all in active growth, and it looks like root growth started then stopped possibility due to shipping damage. Do I pot up and water? Do I wait for it to grow new roots? Any advise is appreciated.

It wasnt an ideal time to have those pulled out of pots and sent.

I would pot them up, let them grow untill it looks like there is nothing left in the backbulb an then start watering. Fingers crossed that they grow some new roots and are able to take the water in
