Default First Bloom Coryanthes leucocorys x Stanhopea reichenbachiana
I have my first bloom from this plant. The flower feels kind of waxy and has an interesting fragrance. I find the shape rather interesting.

Now that's what I'm talkin' about. I'm crazy for any orchid that has descending spikes. Must try again to grow Cory. but I'm not too bad with a Stan. Their fragrance is intoxicating.

It is in an 8 inch basket. The leaves are 12 to 16 inches long.
