I also think increased temperatures will help, as will supplemental lighting. Even with full sun, I suspect the sun at your latitude might be a bit weak for this group. These plants don't look very large, so I think it's just a matter of making a few cultural tweaks (mentioned above) and waiting until they get bigger.

What type of fertilizer do you use?

Oh, I can't take credit for PET! The folks in South America (Brazil?) did that. I first heard about PET from an OB member (Kavanaru) around 2008 or so who was a Venezuelan living in Europe. His OB and Flickr accounts both went dark some time ago and I've always wondered what happened to him.

I use a 20-20-20 balanced fertilizer with additional Kelpmax. Actually in June-August it usually gets very hot here (30-35 C) with clear skies and no wind at all, so I hope that will get them the boost to grow

... fortunately my Vandas still bloom

I was also wondering what happened to him and was hoping someone had heard from him recently. He and I were quite good orchid buddies back around that time period, and I learned tons from him. I also really admired him collection and really gorgeous greenhouse! He's a kind and generous person (gifted me several keikis and other stuff), which I much appreciated back then as a broke college student. I still have a Phal equestris from a keiki he gave me back then, and I often think of him when it blooms.
