Yeah, I got one (seedling) from ebay a few years ago, it arrived in terrible shape dried out and covered with scale. It didn't last very long. I have a S. oculata now, but its a pretty small one too so no blooms yet.

I don't know if Santa Barbara Orchid Estate still has these... at the time I got it (July 2018) it was still pretty young. (Not showing on their website... that year they were selling these with their $7.50 specials, probably sold them all. I checked their website, and they do have Stan. wardii, not expensive. You might give them a try. For me, Stan. wardii is about the easiest and most reliable of the Stanhopeas that I grow.

ooh, I might give those a try next time I scrape up money for an orchid order!
