dorchid ----- for the one you are having uncertainty with .......... what you could do is to get a water sprayer, and lightly spray those 'white' coloured old roots on the perimeter. If they soak up water and maybe eventually turn 'green' ------ or indicate signs that they're alive, then you could pretty much lightly water this plant.

Lightly - as in lightly moist media only.
