Do these bulbs look ok?

Someone said on another forum that they look dehydrated. It lives in an enclosure, creeping on sphagnum moss, have had it for 8 months.



I mist it everyday in the morning for 20 minutes and there are 3 fans inside the enclosure, moving air 24/7.
