Default Bulbophyllum medusa overgrowing mount?

Hello! Happy Thanksgiving. I was curious if when the bulbs start growing of the side of tree fern mount, do you need to have another mount for them to grab onto eventually? any suggestions would be much appreciated! Thank you!

Oh my, that one is a traveler. I'm not sure what you should do. Mine was growing closer together but I am about to kill it. It looks a bit dehydrated. How often do you water it?

That's the problem with a lot of Bulbos. There's no one perfect solution.

I grow mine in a flat, shallow dish. I could never grow on a mount as it would always be dry! Hard enough for me in a dish. I have read that medusae can dry out a bit however.

I think I'd buy a larger osmunda raft and mount the current one onto it.
