Hello! My name is Graham and i Recieved this orchid and everything else seems to be ok with the plant except for the discoloration on the bulb in the center. Please help If you have any answers or suggestions for me... It would be much appreciated!

it is an old and rotten bulb.

i would tear this plant off the mount and plant it in fresh sphagnum moss.

Bulbos need to be thoroughly soaked, soaked, soaked at least once a day. It's hard to do this on a mount unless you have a greenhouse and staff who water at least once a day.

I agree with CambriaWhat, that orange looks like fungus growing on a rotten bulb to me. That said, the new growth looks good!
