Elizabeth Ann Buckleberry - Orchid Board

Hello.
I have now had a Bulbophyllum/cirrhopetalum Elizabeth Ann Buckleberry for about 1.5 years. It hasn't done much. I have tried many things to get this orchid to grow.

Its current spot (has been here for 2 weeks now) is 7 inches under a 2ft 4 tube high output t5 grow light. Its in a shallow clay saucer. Large rocks form the bottom then live Spag/mixed moss growing around the rocks(always kept moist/wet). It has great airflow and 70%+ humidity. Think is is Ideal for this orchid?

I have gotten many mixed reviews looking back on older threads.

I haven't grown this one. Is it big enough to bloom? I wonder if that's too much light? Are you fertilizing? From my reading, and my experience, Bulbos need to get soggy wet at least once a day, and preferably more often, or they don't do anything.

I am in no way an expert on Bulbo's. I have 2 of them and I don't have this one. I'll just tell you what I'm doing for mine. My medusa is in a plastic pot in spagh moss. It lost 2 of it's newest growths late this winter early spring. Not sure what the cause was but it might have been not enough air flow. They turned black and fell off. It is just now growing a new psb on the other side from where it was growing before. It is perhaps a win. At least that's what I'm hoping for.

Next is my tinabarinum, it is in a mix of spagh and seedling bark mix. I have packing peanuts in the bottom of a net pot and it sets in a saucer of water. I got this idea from a member on here I think it was Brooke. It had grown some new growths but nothing in the bloom department. I said something in a post this spring and some one said that there bulbos took more light than they had thought so to try putting it in more light. I did and low and behold just the other day I find not one but 2 mind you, 2 buds. Hooray! I'm scared to death they are going to blast.

Not sure if this will help but also patience is the key. I know 1.5 years seems like a long time but I don't think it is that long. One never knows if it is really BS when you get them and how long it takes for them to get acclimated to your climate. My question to you is does the saucer it's in have drainage in it?
