Great pics. I love that mobile labellum. So awesome. What exactly is Waldor, and why haven't I ever heard of it?

Waldor Orchids www.waldor.com. you should definitely check out the site, and if you are ever in New Jersey, the greenhouse never dissapoints.

There is tremendous history to Waldors. David Off now runs the place(or shares in its working) since his dad,Walter,passed sev. months ago but it all began with his grandfather and their connections with other well known growers. David has spoken at our society many times.If you're ever at the Phila. Flower Show,their displays are award winners. There are sev. greenhouses at the Linwood NJ(near Atlantic City)location and I never leave empty-handed. |
