Bulb. lasiochillum on mount in drier conditions and general care suggestions Female

Thank you both for your comments. I had perused through the lighting section but didn't find anything concrete. I am willing to bet that I was looking in all the wrong places though... and my brain might be a bit fried from a long work week. I did find some more helpful stuff online with more dedicated searching.

Anyway, I am going to return that LED light to amazon and give this a shot instead Amazon.com : Reptisun Led Terrarium Hood : Pet Supplies . I will also try to put the terrarium in a place that gets a fair amount of natural light- probably my bedroom which has a south-eastern facing window and an eastern skylight. Most of the dedicated LED grow lights I've found are heavy on the red spectrum and thus not particularly attractive. I wasn't able to locate any 12'' t5 fixtures, which I am a bit more familiar/comfortable knowing their usable light output.

I forgot to mention in my last post that I also found a way to keep the bulbo moist for long periods of time. I took a plastic sandwich bag, cut it to size, stuffed it with sphag and stapled it to the cork... kind of like a water catch bag. If I keep water in the baggy, it soaks up in the sphag on the mount and the mount stays quite moist for a day, sometimes a day and a half. It's not very pretty, but I am sure it could be made to look nice with a little fore-thought.
