The correct name is Bulbophyllum machupicchuense, not much info about it online but
Lankesteriana says the type was collected at "Peru, Cusco, Urubamba, km 87 along the railroad line to Machu Picchu, 2500 m," and Peruflora says to grow it intermediate rather than cool. I would try it mounted with medium-high light, high humidity, frequent watering with a bit of drying in-between, and very good air movement. Basically like a mid-elevation Pleurothallid but a little brighter and dryer, since it has pseudobulbs. May also be sensitive to water quality, like a lot of cloud forest species from that area. Good luck! These neotropical Bulbos have a reputation for being difficult to grow, not sure if that's deserved or not.
