Bulbophyllum strangularium
This bulbophyllum is growing in a 4-inch plastic basket with New Zealand Sphagnum Moss as the media. The plant is grown in a shady area and misted almost daily. Each dorsal sepal has an antenna protruding at the top.

But.. strangularium? Sounds like a space designed for committing homicide.
