Bulbophyllum shirley
Bulbophyllum shirley - this was my very first Bulbophyllum years and years ago, and it always starts "Bulbo blooming season" at my balcony. Love this U.F.O. I call them "Orchids from the space garden" :-) Potted in shallow plastic basket, mix of medium bark and sphagnum, shade, keeping moist at all times, regular fertilizing.

I thought I would never want one of these 'daisy types' but I just bought a noID one because, well, I fell in love with it at our OS meeting. No idea why. Now I am rather fond of all of these guys. Yours is really a nice one!

Leafmite, from the family, these "daisy" types are not particularly what I've been looking for, but I must say this is my only daisy like one and I'm loving it! It is also reliable bloomer every year with many spikes through out summer/fall. last year it was 30+ between August and November.

Gorgeous blooms....'daisy type' indeed....but don't get fooled by the moist lip trapping tiny bugs to pollinate it....
