having trouble with my Bulbophyllum exaltatum

I dont know whats up no mater what I do my leaves are still turning yellow and I dont know what to do all of my others are fine but this one I'm having trouble with does it need something different or what.

Yikes! You have some beauties there! Those fabulous root systems!! Very jealous!

Looking at the one that is throwing a fit. What does the root system look like? I dont have this one, but I know mine is in a little chunkier bark sitting right in top. Its a happy boy as well.

Also looking at the over all picture what is your lighting? Overhead light/ windows? Maybe it is to much light for that one?
